Southern Cross: night works – drainage works and installation of signalling and operational cables
Installation of signalling services from Southern Cross Station to Moonee Ponds Creek will be carried out from 7.00 pm Tuesday 17 April until 7.00 am Thursday 24 May 2012.

Deer Park - West Werribee Junction: Excavation trials, Wyndham Vale
A range of excavation equipment will be trialled near the site of the future Wyndham Vale station to determine the most effective construction methods for the railway cutting and the new station.
These works will commence from mid-May, weather permitting, and will be carried out during normal site operating hours (7.00 am until 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday). The trials will be conducted over a period of six weeks.

Footscray, West Footscray, Tottenham and Sunshine: May works updates
Site investigations will continue in Sunshine at Anderson Road, Sunshine station and the rail corridor throughout May.

Buses will replace trains on the Sydenham, Ballarat and Bendigo lines from Saturday 9 - Sunday 10 June.
The Nicholson Street bridge in Footscray will be closed to cars and pedestrians between Napier Street and Irving Street from 8.00 pm on Friday 8 June until 6.00 am on Monday 11 June.
