Regional Rail Link

The rebuilt Sunshine railway station

Regional Rail Link is a landmark, award-winning, infrastructure project that will remove major bottlenecks in Victoria's rail network.

Ballarat and Bendigo trains now use new dedicated tracks from Sunshine to Southern Cross Station separating them from metropolitan services.

The project will be completed in April 2015 when Geelong trains begin using the new track through Wyndham Vale and Tarneit.
